After years of working in recruiting and human resources, I saw firsthand how often hiring becomes a process focused on speed rather than alignment. Roles are filled quickly, but not always carefully. And over time, that leads to something many businesses know all too well , turnover, frustration, and the need to start over.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support organizations across a range of industries and environments, from healthcare to fast-paced business settings where hiring decisions carry real weight. I’ve recruited across different regions, including the United States and internationally, and worked on everything from high-volume roles to more specialized positions.


And through all of that experience, one thing became clear:


Hiring isn’t just about finding someone who can do the job.

It’s about finding the person who truly fits, the team, the culture, and the direction the business is heading.


Too often, that piece gets overlooked.
